The Gaming Frontier E3 Coverage | EA Press Conference | Titanfall 2

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, and welcome to E3 coverage with The Gaming Frontier!

We're going to kick off the coverage here at The Gaming Frontier with the EA Press Conference, and where better to start than the first game they opened up with. Titanfall 2. Fans of the series will no doubt be waiting on this one, as well as a few people who were on the fence due to the game having no single player campaign. Well, be on the fence no more, as the guys at Respawn Entertainment have heard the fans, and taken the feedback on board for Titanfall 2.

One of the biggest announcements they had to make in regards to Titanfall 2 was the fact that it is now going to have it's very own, dedicated single player campaign that is looking to delve further into the universe of Titanfall. Something that was sorely missed from the original.
With the studio struggling to find direction with the first Titanfall game to let the player know exactly who they were and what their purpose was within the world, this time around they're tackling that problem head on. Just see for yourself.

You take on the role of Jack Cooper as you pilot a Vanguard class Titan who's previous pilot was KIA as you fight stranded behind enemy lines against overwhelming odds. If they couldn't get the story across before, it looks like they've certainly gone all out this time. Looking to explore the relationship between Pilots and the Titans they control, the single player campaign is going to give a unique offline experience to the fans.

Now it certainly wouldn't be a Titanfall game without multiplayer, and this time round they're packing it with even more content, features, game modes and of course, action. Players looking for more Titans to pilot are going to be pleased, with the addition of 6 new Titans, and even pilots that find themselves out of a Titan will be just as excited, with new guns and an exciting new hookshot gadget, pilots will be zipping around in no time flat, and with the grand scale of the Titans in Titanfall 2, I don't see how the addition of a hookshot is going to be a bad thing.
Outside of the battlefield players will also be welcome to many more customisation options so that you can truly make your Titan and your Pilot your own, including more cosmetic options, as well as new cards to play during the game, the amount to do both on and off the field of battle will keep players coming back for more.
Just look at that! It looks freakin' sweet, melee battles with Titans is something I can get behind, and the acrobatics and just general trickery you can perform with the hookshot is going to make multiplayer Titanfall 2 such an intense and exciting experience that I can't wait to get to try out.

Speaking of trying it out, if you're reading this and you've only got yourself a PS4, you'll be glad to know that Respawn Entertainments Titanfall 2 is now coming to PS4, and the signups for the multiplayer stress test will be up soon so keep your eye on the official Titanfall website for more information.

Titanfall 2 will be releasing on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on October 28th 2016

Stay tuned to The Gaming Frontier for more coverage from the E3 conferences.
